ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for sales, budget and coaching Rituals ambassadors at our Oslo retailers and shop-in-shops. You do this by implementing customer strategies, sales plans, and Trade Marketing campaigns. Furthermore, you are responsible for creating good, long-term, and profitable relationships with the dealers and enjoy educating others. Your main task responsibilities are:

- Support sales at peak times, 2-3 activation days / week in stores
- Ensure all staff possess excellent product knowledge and are regularly trained on new merchandise prior to launch
- Ensure the highest standards of visual merchandising and presentation in line with company initiatives are maintained on all counters.
- Develop action plans to increase sales, address problem areas and capitalise on trends and identify ways to increase sales through analysis of stores business sales reports.
- Plan and coordinate appropriate local events to increase sales, Brand awareness and customer loyalty
You are part of the Nordic Wholesale team which is based in Stockholm, but you will start from our office in central Oslo. Together with your colleague, you share the responsibility of our wholesale partners.
To succeed in the role, we would like you to have a high presence in the stores. The position requires travailing, and you we estimate it up to 4 travel days a week. You will also visit our local headquarters in Stockholm every six months. In this position you report to our Senior Account Manager Wholesale located in Sweden.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for you who have:
- 5+ to 10 years of wholesale or retail experience and sales responsibilities.
- You have experience from budget responsibilities and sales reports
- You are fluent in Norwegian and English and have excellent communication skills both externally and at all levels in the company, both written and verbal.
- Very good computer experience is a requirement with the Office suite in general as well as Powerpoint and Excel in particular
- B-driving license is required
