Key Responsibilities
As a student assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in collaboration with the onshore Maintenance Methods Team to provide support to our offshore operations. The team consist of 10 persons. We work closely together within the onshore Maintenance Department. In the Maintenance Methods Team, you will be provided with an in-depth insight into the everyday work life of a support department, interfacing with a multitude of stakeholders both onshore and offshore.

Working hours will be approximately 15-20 weekly, with great flexibility in the planning.

You will be working with SAP, Power BI, BI4, Primavera, Excel etc.

Overall, you will assist with a wide range of tasks including:
  • Work closely with the Maintenance planner to assist in optimizing the planning of offshore works.
  • Perform quality checks on incoming reports and upon approval to attach them to the appropriate workorders.
  • Extracting and analyzing data out of the Computerized Maintenance Management System.

Candidate profile

Your background:
  • You are currently studying at Bachelor/Master level with a minimum of 1,5 years left of your studies.
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office.
  • You are skilled in oral and written English.
  • You have residents in or near Esbjerg. (Position is based in Esbjerg office).
  • Experience with SAP and Power Bi is a strong advantage.
