The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager is an individual contributor role and builds the intersection of operations, analytics, and project management to mature and enhance an evolving Talent Acquisition function. The TA Operations Manager will support the Head of Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning in building a Centre of Excellence (COE) within the HR function and delivering the TA strategy.
This role requires an experienced recruiting operations evangelist who truly has a sense of urgency, thrives in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment, has the ability and track record of influencing others and designing, implementing and managing programs that enhance Talent Acquisition capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Business operations
- Support driving all operational aspects of recruiting and identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Leadership & HRBPs and HR Operations to enable TA strategy and innovation, align on project scope and outcomes, delivering on the TA Roadmap
- Focus on delivering operational excellence, continual improvement, development and evolution of recruitment processes ensuring these are clearly defined, documented, implemented and well communicated across regions
- Create and execute comprehensive project plans for new systems and program implementations
Systems and Vendor management
- Serving as a trusted Advisor on all aspects of using our ATS (SmartRecruiters). Maintaining and configuring the ATS to ensure continuous automation, further integrations with HRIS or other tools to deliver a seamless user and candidate experience
- Oversee external vendor performance to ensure services are delivered in a quality and controlled manner
Reporting and analytics
- Conceptualize and deliver recruiting metrics and dashboards for both the organization and business leaders to support accountability and transparency in all recruitment processes
- Define metrics and dashboard to analyze and optimize recruitment performance
- Identify, monitor and regularly report key metrics (including KPIs and ROI) for sourcing platforms, staffing partners and productivity tools
- 3-5 years of progressive Recruitment Operations experience with a focus on data/metrics, project management, tools and systems experience
- Prioritizes work, effectively handles multiple tasks simultaneously, takes initiative, and possesses sound reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to function as a team member as well as works independently.
- Proven experience with full-cycle recruiting, applicant tracking and candidate relationship management systems, other human resources platforms, Excel and PowerPoint, Tableau knowledge a plus
- Strong customer focus, attention to detail and organization skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment. Strong commitment to continuous improvement.
- Superior analytical strength, attention to detail, open communication and the ability to work independently on assigned projects and drive results
