MSP Technician (Fully Remote)

Please do not apply if you do not have at least 2 years of recent MSP experience!

  • Helpdesk support answering phones, logging into client computers to fix any issues.
  • Setup new clients on Microsoft cloud (Azure AD, Endpoint Manager, SharePoint)
  • Manage and maintain customer backup systems.
  • Managed security software.
  • Support windows workstations, servers, and mac computers.
  • Working with PowerShell scripts to automate installations, RMM and PSA ticketing systems.
  • Working with Monday.com board to onboard clients.
  • Help create and update processes in our documentation software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 per year

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Managed Service Provider (MSP): 2 years (Required)
  • Windows: 3 years (Preferred)
