Works on railways rehabilitation project sites, Intervention Mechanic Mobile Service ensures the repair works and the maintenance works for company machinery
Candidate must have
Technical studies or secondary studies in the mechanical field of maintenance and repairs
Seriousness, efficiency, operability, flexibility, availability, receptivity and organizational spirit.
Flexibility and mobility are part of the job, with Alstom Trasport SA SS&I – signaling, sistem & infra for railway rehabilitation sites, works site hours, night shifts possible according to the specificity of the works and their planning.
Duties, responsibilities and job tasks requested are related to:
- Ensures the proper functioning of the equipment throughout the use;
- Detects and remedies defects, according to the instructions in the technical documents;
- Check and report how the machine was operated;
- Prepares the traceability documents of the executed processes;
- Manages the prepared documents;
- Respects the internal procedures and the instructions for use of the equipment, devices and equipment;
- Stays permanently informed and acquires the parameters and technical norms for carrying out maintenance and repair works, the types and functional parameters of the equipment and installations, the types of works, the basic materials used;
- Executively performs maintenance works and remedies mechanisms, devices, mechanical installations within the unit;
- Carries out the necessary maintenance and repair works in order to maintain the company's equipment at optimal operating parameters;
- Executes subassemblies, assembly / disassembly works of equipment and installations;
- Performs capital repair works on machinery and installations;
- Periodically check the condition of the equipment to detect any defects;
- Identifies and analyzes the nature of the defects and the causes that generated them;
- Performs timely and quality repair work on failing equipment;
- Keep record in the maintenance sheets the maintenance and control measures applied according to the graphs, the defects found, the causes and the way of remediation;
- Check spare parts and ensure the necessary parts for each repair;
- Prepares the list of critical spare parts in order to minimize the fault time of the equipment;
- Keeps the tools and equipment in order, clean and in good working order;
- Permanently follows the observance of the quality parameters imposed by the specific working procedures or by the technological instructions;
- Performs interventions in safety conditions, in accordance with the legislation and technical norms of work safety and PSI specific to the workplace;
